Program EXACT

Program Explore Acquire Transfer (EXACT) is a workforce upskilling program intended to boost performance and motivation of the tech transfer team. The program enables individuals to explore opportunities, acquire skills and knowledge on technology transfer and innovation; and in due course, to facilitate trainings and workshops given by the office as an act of "transferring". Overall, it would be providing the skill set needed to maintain a functioning and reliable team throughout the office's operational years.
